Little Humans Group Pty Ltd is the original designer and owner of all product concepts, specifications, textile innovations, copywriting, imagery and branding featured under the Little Human® Linens brand.

Our designs and proprietary product construction methods - including unique sheet construction design, waterproof integration, component selection and configuration - are protected by Australian intellectual property law, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth) and legislation relating to confidential information and passing off.

Any competitor or third party that seeks to replicate, imitate or trade off our product design, wording, brand identity or manufacturing methodology - whether by direct copying, reverse engineering, or via factories - is engaging in unauthorised use of our intellectual property.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Attempting to reproduce our waterproof fitted sheet design or construction
• Copying our unique marketing language, educational messaging or founder story
• Using factory imagery, samples or specifications originating from Little Human® Linens without permission
• Producing “inspired by” or “similar to” versions of our product functionality

We actively investigate all suspected instances of infringement and will not hesitate to pursue legal action, including issuing cease and desist orders, enforcing design and trademark rights, and seeking damages and injunctions where applicable.
