The COVID-19 (coronavirus) is having a significant impact on the lives of all Australians. At Little Human® Linens we wanted to let you know what we are doing during this time.
The health and safety of our customers and partners is at the forefront of every decision we make in business. As a small ecommerce business, we are in a fortunate position to continue normal operations, while observing the medical advice regarding social distancing and hand hygiene.
Our stock is managed remotely in a fulfilment warehouse and distributed using the Australia Post network. Both our warehouse and Australia Post have implemented considerable measures within their business operations to continue operations during this time.
We have removed the option for ‘signature on delivery’ for all our domestic orders, in line with the advice from Australia Post. Due to the impact of the situation on international logistics, there may be some minor delays to international orders. Any disruptions will be updated on the Australia Post website.
Should there be any changes to the fulfillment or delivery of our products by our partners, we will update you.
