Shipping policy
1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
1.1 Regular shipping: $11*, estimated 1 to 2 weeks depending on location.
1.2 Express shipping: $15*, estimated 2 to 4 business days depending on location.
1.3 Delivery timeframes are estimated windows quoted by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.
1.4 Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. During peak sale periods dispatch may be delayed. See our Sale Terms & Conditions for details.
2. International Shipping
2.1 We ship to most locations worldwide via Australia Post, FedEx or DHL. Not all carriers are available in all regions; available options are shown at checkout.
2.2 Orders sent with Australia Post travel via the EMS network and are handled by the destination country's postal service. Once your parcel leaves Australia, track it using your tracking number through your national postal service.
2.3 Estimated delivery windows for Australia Post International:
New Zealand 5 to 8 business days,
US 3 to 7 business days,
UK 7 to 18 business days,
Asia 4 to 14 business days.
2.4 Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes levied in the destination country. Orders abandoned at customs due to non-payment of duties or taxes are not eligible for refund.

3. Tracking
3.1 All orders are sent fully tracked. You will receive tracking details in your shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.
3.2 You can manage your delivery, including redirection, safe-drop preferences or collection, using the tracking and notification tools provided by Australia Post, or the relevant carrier for international orders.
3.3 International orders can be tracked via the Australia Post, FedEx or DHL tracking number provided. For Australia Post orders, more detailed tracking is available through the destination country's postal service using the same tracking number.
4. Delivery Responsibility
4.1 We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address you provided. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4.2 Australian orders are sent as Authority to Leave, meaning no signature is required. Where a parcel is left in a safe place, Australia Post records a photo as proof of delivery. If you do not want your parcel left unattended, you can redirect or hold it using the Australia Post tracking tools.
4.3 Where an order is marked delivered and Australia Post provides proof of delivery to your address, such as a delivery scan or safe-drop photo, responsibility passes to you on delivery, including any loss or theft after that point.
4.4 Where an order is marked delivered but Australia Post cannot provide proof of delivery to your address, we retain responsibility and will provide a remedy.
5. Delayed or Lost Orders
5.1 Delays within the Australia Post network are outside our control. This does not remove our responsibility to ensure your order reaches you.
5.2 Where an order is late, we first allow the standard Australia Post waiting period.
5.3 If the order is still undelivered after that period, we will ask you to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post as the addressee, and we will work with you to resolve it.
5.4 Where an order is confirmed lost in transit, we take over. We replace the item and takeover the claim with Auspost.
