We do our best to give the most accurate shipping date at the time of ordering and update this for accuracy as the date approaches. One our stock arrives, we have pre-orders packed and sent as the first priority and you will receive your tracking details when this occurs.
At times there are delays that may occur that are our of our control. If delays do occur, we will contact any customers who have placed pre-orders to advise of any changes and provide a resolution.
If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items. Your order will be held and shipped as one.
If you require in-stock items now, please place 2 separate orders.
