Intellectual Property Notice

1. Ownership
1.1 Little Humans Group Pty Ltd owns the brand, content and creative works published under the Little Human® Linens brand, including our brand name and logo, product photography and imagery, website and marketing copy, educational content, and founder story.

2. Registered and Protected Rights
2.1 Our LITTLE HUMAN word mark and our logo (the house device incorporating the words "little human linens") are registered trade marks under the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth).
2.2 Our copy, imagery, educational content and founder story are original works protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
2.3 Our brand name, get-up and the goodwill in them are further protected by the law of passing off and by the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Reservation of Rights
3.1 All rights are reserved. Nothing on our website or in our published materials grants any right or licence to use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

4. Unauthorised Use
4.1 We actively monitor for and enforce these rights. A competitor or third party may be infringing our rights, or engaging in passing off or misleading conduct, where they:
(a) use our registered trade marks, or a confusingly similar name or logo;
(b) copy our marketing language, educational messaging, founder story, photography or other published content;
(c) present their product or brand in a way that suggests it is ours, endorsed by us, or affiliated with us; or
(d) use imagery, samples or specifications originating from Little Human® Linens that were shared with them in confidence, without our permission.

5. Enforcement
5.1 Where we identify infringement, we take action, including cease-and-desist correspondence, enforcement of our trade mark and copyright, and claims for damages and injunctions where available.
