Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Sale Period 
1.1 Sale commences 10am AEST, 16 June 2026 and ends 11:59pm AEST, 19 June 2026, or while stocks last.
1.2 We reserve the right to extend, reduce or modify the sale duration at our discretion and without notice.

2. Discounts & Promotions 
2.1 Discounts apply to select items and are subject to availability.
2.2 Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, including existing discounts or previous sale promotions, unless specifically stated.
2.3 Promotional prices are valid only during the Sale period. They will not be applied to orders placed before commencement. Once the Sale ends, normal prices resume.

3. Product Availability 
3.1 All items available during the Sale are subject to limited availability and may sell out quickly. We cannot guarantee that all items will remain in stock throughout the Sale period.
3.2 If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and arrange an exchange or refund.

4. Pricing & Payment 
4.1 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an error occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Shipping 
5.1 Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
5.2 Free shipping offers, if any, are valid only during the Sale period and may be subject to minimum order requirements or other restrictions.
5.3 Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed, especially during high-demand periods such as Sale periods.
5.4 Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch during peak sale periods.

6. Your Consumer Guarantee Rights 
6.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6.2 Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for its stated purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the nature of the failure, this will be a repair, replacement or refund.
6.3 These rights apply regardless of whether an item was purchased on sale or clearance, and regardless of the time limits set out in clauses 7 and 8.

7. Sale & Clearance Items 
7.1 Sale items are on a temporary markdown for the duration of this Sale. After the Sale ends, the price returns to full RRP.
7.2 Clearance items are permanently reduced, usually end-of-line or discontinued stock, and the price does not return to full RRP. Clearance items are clearly marked as clearance on the product page and are final sale.
7.3 Items discounted through bundles, welcome or referral offers are neither sale nor clearance items.
7.4 We do not accept change-of-mind exchanges or refunds on clearance items. This does not affect your rights under clause 6.
7.5 Where we have given you incorrect sizing advice via our size tool, direct message or email, we will exchange a clearance item for the correct size within 14 days of delivery, and we cover return postage. Where the correct size is higher priced, you pay the difference between the price you paid and the clearance price of the correct size. Where the correct size is lower priced, we refund the difference.
7.6 Bundles cannot be split. A bundle is treated as a single product for exchanges and returns, and must be returned or exchanged in full.

8. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Clearance) 
8.1 All items except clearance follow our standard returns and exchange policy, unless the product description states otherwise.
8.2 Change-of-mind exchanges: if you return your item within 14 days of delivery and lodge return tracking within that same 14-day period, we will credit the price you paid toward your replacement.
8.3 Where the replacement is priced higher, including a different colour that has returned to full price, you pay the difference. If the replacement is cheaper, the difference is not refundable.
8.4 Exchanges requested or lodged outside the 14-day period are at the current advertised price.

9. Order Cancellation 
9.1 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where an order is suspected of fraud or where there are issues with product availability.
9.2 If an order is cancelled and payment has already been processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

10. Changes to Terms 
10.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. By continuing to participate in the Sale after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
